Helpdesk

Helpdesk is designed to support users of various JINR services. To use it, it’s enough to have a registration on the CICC (afs-login).

After authorization in helpdesk you can ask questions and get qualified answers for the following services:

• Project management services
• Central Information and Computing Complex (CICC)
• Network service
• Grid service
• The JINR cloud service
• Heterogeneous calculation service
• Educational and research grid infrastructure
• The JINR Local Certification Center (JINR UC)
• Scientific Document Server (JDS – JINR Document Server)
• Libraries of programs JINRLIB, CERNLIB, CPCPL (their support, updating JINRLIB)
